For me the vibe is stunning, very bright, chic, and "Instagrammable." It’s the kind of place where you can lose track of time catching up with friends. Since it's in the Ridgeway Plaza, it gets very busy on weekend nights, so be prepared for a bit of a wait for a table, but the energy is always high and welcoming. Their Butter Chicken Poutine is a great fusion dish. The gravy is rich and authentic, not just a generic sauce, and it pairs surprisingly well with the cheese curds. I also had the pleasure of trying the Rose Falooda; if you have a sweet tooth, this is a masterpiece. It’s cooling, floral, and comes with a generous amount of ice cream and nuts. The staff is generally very friendly and helpful with recommendations. Prices are a bit higher than a standard tea shop, but you’re paying for the quality, the presentation (everything looks beautiful), and the premium atmosphere of the location. Ps If you’re going on a Friday or Saturday night, expect a crowd. It’s better for a fun social hangout than a quiet study session during peak hours. I recommend ordering between Tuesday- Thursday to avoid crowds if you looking to go at night.

Very cute cafe with good food and great variety. The chachee-chino is really good! Will definitely be getting that again The iced pink chai was ok, tasted more like falooda milk. Iced coffee was decent but slightly bitter and felt expensive compared to other items. Edit: tried a few more items, their juhu lemonade was so yummy and refreshing with a good sweet/tangy flavour Biscoff oat latte was really yummy, not too heavy as its oat and the oat flavour pairs well with the biscoff, and it's definitely on the sweeter side. Spicy grilled cheese is also really good. Steak panini was good and so was butter chicken panini but I wish they didn't add the green chutney in it as it changes the taste slightly. Over all very good and great options. Will be back

I have been to the Scarborough location many times and they have done an excellent job with this location despite the competition of Ridgeway Plaza. I tried the Masala Chai, as I had the feeling like catching bit of cough. When I approached Shritha about the chai being a little colder than what I need. She made me a fresh cup free of charge. Excellent service. Love the new cup design.

Right when you walk in, the interior really catches your eye—so cozy and inviting. The Buffalo Chicken Poutine is hands-down a must-try; it’s packed with flavour and absolutely delicious. I’ve also tried the Butter Chicken Panini and Philly Steak, and both were juicy, satisfying, and full of taste. The drinks were super refreshing and perfectly sweet, and the chai was really good too—though I’d love it a little stronger and creamier. Overall, a fantastic experience and definitely a place I’ll be coming back to!

I had the Ginger Chai and Butter Chicken Panini.... absolutely delicious. I've had Karak Chai and Pink Chai before and they were equally delicious. Definitely gonna be a regular here

Believe the high ratings here! It is that good. The drinks aren't particularly unique but they are so well made, especially the refreshers. I was very pleasantly surprised at how tasty and moderately sweet the drinks were. The attention to detail in the packaging and other materials is phenomenal! The wallpaper is a very interesting little touch, with script in Urdu and Hindi (may also include other South Asian languages). I will ask if it is custom-designed next visit!

Visited Chachee’s Cafe and it was a total treat! The faloodas were super refreshing and perfectly sweet, the almond croissant was flaky and rich, and the cheesecakes were creamy and indulgent Loved the variety of snacks, and the wings were crispy, flavorful, and surprisingly addictive. A perfect spot for dessert lovers and snack cravings all in one place — definitely coming back for more!

Went here with my family. I enjoyed the Pink Chai thoroughly. Refreshing, tasty & served hot!! Nice savoury choices too, to go with your chai. Can get loud depending upon the crowd. Definitely recommend to hang out with anyone who enjoys tea.
